You may not think a yoga teacher would have a lot of personal experience with burnout because (if we are doing our jobs well) we help you unwind and manage stress in your life.

Sadly, burnout can happen to anyone from any walk of life if they aren't careful to make space for their health and well-being. I had a rude awakening with this myself last year and it changed how I work and more importantly, how I live.
