To many people this sounds like an incredible idea, but the truth is, all retreats are not created equal.

At best, you resonate with the instructors and the content they are teaching and all the practicals are taken care of.

However, if you don't love the teacher, don't jive with what they are teaching, the food is bad, your bed is hard and no one seems to care about the small details, you may feel distracted from the retreat experience.

In this episode, I share some of my tips and practical details as someone who has been both a retreat leader and a participant.

If you are considering a retreat this year, don't miss these practical tips to picking the perfect one for you.

Additional things I mentioned in this show:

1) One retreat I have consistently loved in the past is Jeff Carreira's Philadelphia summer retreat. There are a few spots left and you can get more info here.
