By
1 Minute Read

flusteredToday I am sharing with you my daily thought work practice. This has helped me get my head right so many times that I decided that I had to take my learning to the next level and become a Life Coach.

And yet, the process is very straightforward and only takes ten minutes on average per day.

I will even share a pretty embarrassing example, so its worth tuning in :)

Show Notes:

1) Brooke Castillo's podcast on The Model

2) Interested to see what a Thought Model looks like on paper here is mine:

Unintentional Model

Circumstance: fell down

Thought: "I can't do anything right."

Feeling: embarassed

Action: wallowed/ indulged in feeling bad, didn't ask for help, didn't finish the things I had booked on my calendar

Result: I didn't follow through (which reinforces the thought that I didn't do anything right today)

Intentional Model

C: fell down

T: I am a good mother who protected her child

F: powerful

A: don't hide what happens, ask for help, speak and act loving with my family, stick to the parts of my schedule that I can manage while injured

R: I am a better mom
