Ep 48: Cockroach Thoughts + Emotions

If you saw a cockroach running around in the middle of the night what would you do? Would you: 1. Turn off the light and pretend you saw nothing? 2. Turn on all the lights and start yelling to wake everyone else up in the house trying to find someone to blame and get them to deal with the problem? 3. Turn on the T.V., open a bottle of wine, get out some snacks and try to distract yourself into feeling better? Today I am going to show you why dealing with your Cockroach Thoughts and Feelings in one of these three ways is making the problem worse. Once you listen, if you want to take me up on my offer for a free 20 minute strategy session, click here and book it.
