Do you know the biggest myth blocking most people's growth? It's "the myth of instant transformation." You may not think you suffer from this affliction of the mind, but keep reading to see if, in fact, it might be holding you back, and what you can do about it.

You see, I work one on one with a lot of people. Whether it’s in my Chinese Medicine practice or with private Yoga clients, EVERYONE is looking for a quick fix.

I kid you not, I have literally been asked by students what postures will mend a broken heart or dissolve stress for good. Clients have seriously wanted to know which acupuncture point will help them get a raise or make their children behave. 

These are some extreme examples, but perhaps you can relate to the mindset?

Module 4: Evolve Your Being

Erin Aquin — Erin teaches an original style of Vinyasa Yoga, one she has evolved over 10 years through teaching students of all ages and backgrounds. Also a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Institute of Traditional Medicine), she treats clients in Hamilton, Ontario for various conditions including pain, stress, anxiety relief, and digestive issues. A deeply optimistic “evolutionary,” she encourages growth and well-being in each client so that they may live up to their own highest potential.

Steve Haase — Steve's passion for philosophy and human development have resulted in many adventures, most recently the co-founding of AquinYoga.com with Erin. Holding a Master of Arts degree in Conscious Evolution, Steve's initial pursuits were actually in music, where he began his career as a trumpet instrumentalist in the US Navy Band in Washington, DC. Soon after fulfilling his dream of earning a living playing the trumpet, his focus switched to developing the whole self. That focus led him to study closely with the founder of Evolutionary Enlightenment, Andrew Cohen, for 11 years.
