It makes you feel great, and helps you feel healthy, strong, and agile, but let's face it in the summer it can be hard to maintain your regular yoga practice. This yoga challenge is designed to help you stay consistent on the mat regardless of what time of day you practice or how much energy you have to give to yoga.

Who Is the Challenge For?

The Elemental Yin Yang Yoga Challenge is for yogis who:

  • Hold a basic understanding of the postures used in Vinyasa/ Flow Yoga or Yin classes
  • Love yoga but don't have an hour or more to practice each day
  • Want to take their practice with them this summer (all you need is access to a computer/ tablet or smartphone and wifi) 
  • Are interested in learning a bit more about Elemental Yin Yang Yoga

How Does the Challenge Work?

The Challenge runs from July 1-July 20 

During those 20 days you will receive:

  • Access to our online "Yoga Shala" - home to all the videos, audios and bonus's during the challenge (you will have complete access until July 25) 
  • A series of 20 minute yoga practices that you can pick and choose from to complete your daily practice depending on your energy level
  • 1 weekly live class online with Erin (times will vary each week and the class will be recorded) 

What Can I Expect From a Typical Week?

Every week you will get a series of 20 minute yoga audios and videos. When you only have 20 minutes you can use them as standalone practices, or if you have more time you may wish to compile a few together to build a longer practice. You can do all of them or just stick with a few each week. The challenge is to one of these 20 minutes sessions each day during the month.

Each week you will receive a new series of 20 minute practices including:

  • a Yang Practice (flowing, strengthening yoga) 
  • a Yin Practice (long held, grounding poses)
  • an Elemental Yin Yang Practice (10 minutes of Yang, 10 minutes of Yin) that you can attend live online or watch later
  • a Morning Wake-up Flow 
  • a Gentle Evening Practice
  • a Savasana or Meditation 
  • A forum for you to ask questions and get support from Erin and the other members of the challenge
  • A few surprises and extras :)

What Is the Cost?

Get over 100 minutes of fresh content each week, ongoing support and inspiration through the program and the freedom to practice where and when you want for $47+HST (the cost of 3 drop in yoga classes in a standard studio)

The Fine Print- Read Before You Register

If you need to cancel your registration you must do so before the start of the program in order to receive a refund (minus a $10 administration fee). Space is limited to ensure everyone gets support and can attend the live calls, as such cancellations on or after July 1, 2017 can not be refunded.

This online yoga challenge is not a substitute for medical care under the direction of a physician or medical professional. Although this challenge is designed for different levels, as with any physical exercise there is always a risk of injury so remember that if you are experiencing pain or discomfort stop immediately and seek the care of a trained medical professional. Always consult with your doctor before taking part in this or any exercise regime.
